It is so hard to lose weight specially if you love food as much as I do, since July 27 I have lost 12 pounds(happy) but I have 30 more pounds to go(sad) I go to the gym 3 to 4 times a week and I have also cut my calories (1000 calories a day) one goals I have is to run a 5K, I am thinking about starting couch to 5K program again, I started this program last year and stopped on the second week we will see how it goes.

ReplyDeleteGirl...nobody loves food more than i do! ha!ha! running is a great way to loose weight...that's the only way i can eat! ; ) watching calories and exercise is the best way to go...i think. i try to stay at 1600 a day 1200 if i want to loose weight. i wouldn't go under that. Sorry, i could talk all day about this...lol!
